This is easily one of the more anticipated singles of the year for me. After these two arguably broke all expectations with their last song that had the whole world talking in awe! Now that we are back with the second track it’s we get to hear what magic they have In store for us and I can tell you now, it’s equally as phenomenal! Let’s talk! This is the brand new single by MC -Let The Dirt Say Amen and Producer -Superior and together they return for this hearty 2 minutes and 48 seconds that I guarantee you will all love just as much as the first (but for different reasons) For example the production value. On this one it’s alot more atmospheric in execution. If anything this feels like an Alternative Metal vibe with a those elegant electronic strings in that luscious loop that’s combined with those light piano keys and rhythmic drums that has that minimal yet powerful nature to them! This one feels a lot more organic and vibrant to it then most. I don’t hear many people rocking that -Rock/Metal vibes as they did back in the day. Like Eminem ‘Sing For The Moment’ this is similar in tone and has an equally glorified sound to it that makes it feel grand and almost spiritual in nature! This feels like Superior hired a real band behind him to perform this instrumental, it’s methodical yet groovy! Like an early 2000’s Metal song it provides a strong emotional connection as well as the perfect environment for a rapper of this caliber to go off on and boy does he! On the MC side of things we hear this man -Let The Dirt Say Amen and just like his performance on ‘Hopeful Studies’ we hear him honor the memory of -Ka and deliver a set of verses that feel structurally complex, passionate and meaningful. He’s the definition of a profound lyricist that makes each sentence feel like a lyrical riddle that you have to study to have make sense! A smooth flow, a dream like tone and sense of sequence like an author riding on cloud nine, he’s letting his soul and heart do the speaking as he lays down one of the more sharp acts of penmanship we’ve seen in 2026! I also love that subtlety abrupt ending how it just ends with how ‘What’s worse than getting old?’ Then experience is the best professor! It just goes to show you that with creative lyricists of this nature it’s impossible to guess or predict what they are going to do next! From heartfelt tributes to complex wordplays this man can do it all and I cannot tell you how excited I am for the moment this new album drops because I know it’s going to be ridiculous! Two outstanding singles, two completely different vibes! This is how you build proper hype and anticipation for a future project! This is a masterclass in proper hype development and I am not more excited then ever for the album drop!
